The morning charter was great today. We started on some pods of fish close to the harbor entrance and caught a few there before running down to Bearse's rips east of Monomoy. We then limited out and were treated to squid jumpimng clear of the water to escape the hungry bass attacking them. On the afternoon trip we went looking as these folks had caught many smaller fish before. We stopped at several spots on the way to where we ended up taking several fish along the way. we ended up at a place where we caught 35 to 39 inch fish for the rest of the afternoon ! We even we doubled and tripled up several times until the tide slowed and the dogfish took over. We caught these fish on 12 lb test and most of the anglers we had today were novices. I guess you could say they are novices no longer !!
Hope to see you,
