The bait has finbally moved in to stay. With it we have had some really nice stripers in the 40 inch plus range. Yesterdays evening trip produced 4 fish of 39" and one over 41 inches. Today's evening trip we picked up two more of the same size. The rest of the fish are in the 32 to 37 inch range. I heard another captain report of his party catchinga nice 45 incher. The tuna were here the other day, but gone today. Water temps dropped almost 10 degrees today from yesterday. Some 75 pound bluefins were caught within 7 miles of the beach on a flyrod last week. Larger fish were seen crashing at the C bouy the other day. Cod fishing has slowed with the saturation of the area with gillnets. Bruce
