I am finding some of the folks trying to reserve a date do not realize the volumne of inquiries I am receiving. Many times I am asked about a certain date which may be open at the time of the first inquiry. By the time the charter organizer gets back to me with the go ahead to book the charter, I have already recieved a deposit from someone else for the date in question. I will sometimes get teo or three parties asking about a particular day and time. I do not want to see folks frustrated, so I am suggesting if you are committed to booking a trip, get all of the participants committed before you call me. Have an alternated date ready so that if your first choice of date is taken you are ready to book the second. I require a one third deposit to put your name in the book. I will pencil you in while I wait for your deposit to arrive, but the first deposit gets the date. Lastly, I am getting busier every year, I recommend that you reserve your day in advance. Do NOT wait until the day or two before you get to the Cape to try and book your date or you WILL be disappointed. Thanks, Bruce
