On Wednsday I had a group of guys for a 5 hour trip. We fished in pleasant Bay over the top of the tide. We caught many small stripers on the incoming tide. We fished from Minister's point up to the west side of Strong Island. Although most were in the 20 inch range we did get some up to almost keeper size. At the high tide slack, the fish quit there and I went up into Little Pleasant Bay where we found more of the smaller variety at Hog Island, Pochet and Broad Creek. Sice we still had yet to catch a keeper and the tide had turned I ran down to the Minister point area and drifted sand eels on the bottom with the outgoing tide. We didn't do anything in the channel, but at the rock wall we caught two nice 29-30 inch bass and a little further out into the inlet we gat a nice bluefish to round out the trip. Bruce
